Play LaVoice Online With Radmin VPN: Rooms Beyond Your Network
LaVoice rooms run on direct IP connections. How Radmin VPN extends a room across the internet, step by step, with crossplay and build checks included.

Why Rooms Need a Bridge
LaVoice multiplayer is deliberately simple: one player hosts, the others join by IP address, two to four players in a room. On the same home network that works instantly, because every device can already see every other device. The moment your friends are in different houses, the room stops existing, because home routers do not let outside machines knock on inside doors.
Radmin VPN is the bridge the community uses, and the LaVoice download for Android page keeps the current build record your whole room will need to match before anyone connects.
What Radmin VPN Actually Does
Radmin VPN creates a virtual network: every computer that joins it behaves as if it were plugged into the same router, with its own address on that virtual network. LaVoice cannot tell the difference. The host starts a room, the guests type the host's virtual address, and the game treats the internet like a very long ethernet cable.
It is free for this use, it needs no port forwarding, and it asks nothing of your router. The host PC runs it; that is the machine the room lives on. Our multiplayer rooms guide covers the hosting and joining flow itself, while this guide handles the bridge underneath it.
Setting Up the Host PC
Install Radmin VPN on the host PC and create a network with a name and password your group agrees on. Every PC player installs it too and joins that network before launching the game. When all the names show as online in the Radmin window, the virtual room exists.
Start LaVoice on the host, open a multiplayer room, and note the host's Radmin address, the one shown next to their name in the network list. That address, not the home router one, is what guests will type. Keep the Radmin window open during play; closing it closes the bridge.
Joining From Android and PC
PC guests join exactly as they would on a local network: multiplayer, join, the host's virtual address. Android players join rooms on the same network as their PC, and crossplay means a phone on the host's home network plays in the same room as PC guests arriving through the VPN bridge.
The cleanest setup for a mixed group is one host PC at the centre: PC friends arrive over Radmin, phones in the host's house join locally, and everyone meets in one arena. The crossplay guide covers how mixed-device rooms behave once everyone is inside.
The Same-Build Rule
None of the networking matters if the builds disagree. LaVoice rooms only accept players on the same build: an H-4 room will not connect to the older H-2 or H-3 Android builds, and the failure looks like a network problem even though the network is innocent.
Before any session, have every player confirm their build on the title screen and update to the current one together. It takes two minutes, and it prevents the single most common failed-join complaint in the community.
Fixing Lag and Failed Joins
Failed join, first check the build, then check that Radmin shows every PC as online, then retype the host address character by character. Lag has a different order: the host's connection carries the whole room, so a host on weak Wi-Fi makes four players suffer; move the host to a cable or the strongest signal in the house.
Distance still exists underneath the bridge. A room spanning continents will feel it in voice chat timing and close fights. Regional rooms, honest expectations, and a wired host solve almost everything players blame on the VPN.
Field Notes
Radmin VPN turns LaVoice's local IP rooms into internet rooms by making every PC believe it shares a router with the host. Set up the network first, host on the strongest connection, share the host's virtual address, and confirm every player is on the same build before troubleshooting anything else. The bridge is simple; the discipline around it is the skill.
Quick Answers
Do I need Radmin VPN to play LaVoice online?
For friends in different houses, yes, that is the community's standard bridge. On one home network, rooms work directly by IP with nothing extra.
Why can my friend not join my room?
Most often a build mismatch: rooms only accept the same build. Then check that Radmin shows everyone online and that the host's virtual address was typed exactly.
Can Android players join a Radmin room?
Android joins rooms on its own network, and crossplay puts phones on the host's network into the same room as PC guests arriving through the VPN.
